Over the years, many people have speculated about Sasquatch as some kind of missing link in the evolutionary history of human beings. Certainly at first glance this may seem quite plausible considering what most of us were taught in school growing up. However, over the past ten or twenty years there have been many archaeological discoveries, both quite legitimate and quite controversial in their mainstream context. We have learned that Homo sapiens lived alongside numerous other hominid species - even having cross-bred with those such as Neanderthal peoples. The appearance date of what we know as the modern day human is continually being pushed back further and further. And with this, we are not merely talking decades or even centuries. It took me awhile and some promises of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but I finally got the big guy to sit still for a drawing. I'm still wondering how this did not come out blurry... Anyway, hope everyone digs it! If you'd like to see other drawings please check out the ARTWORK page at my main blog http://altrusiangrace.com and you can support my work by buying some merchandise at my REDBUBBLE store . Please comment if you want to see this design in my store! I'm trying to save up for some Copic markers in order to add some color so your support is greatly appreciated!

They might be scary or frightening but usually nobody gets mauled and skewered on a pine tree. So I reevaluated my stance in approaching this movie and now it seems to me that it may portray a highly realistic characterization of a Bigfoot encounter. With that in mind, here's the synopsis provided on SITW website: "An independent feature film inspired by true events. The story follows the Hartman family and their dealings with a legendary creature when it begins coming around their farm house deep in the woods in the late 1960s." According to the IMDb, the inspiration for th...
